How to select and book a hotel?
 

On the main page of the Unit Travel website, select the Hotels tab.
 You need to enter the name of the resort, city or the name of hotel, then other criteria and click the "Search" button. 

Search by hotel location or near the needed object is also available. To do this, in the drop-down list in the field "Where are you planing to go" select the last item "Find on the map". After that, in the search bar on the map, enter the name of the hotel or object. The radius of the hotel's location from the needed object is also available

After receiving hotel search results, you can use the filters in the column on the left side of the selection results on the Unit Travel website

The function of sorting search results is also available: by price, recommended, etc.

Next to each of the accommodation options, there is a button "All rooms and prices", clicking on which you will see all hotel price offers, which can be grouped by room type. By clicking the "Hide" button, quotes will return to their original view with the minimum price.

After selecting the needed price offer, you need to click on the "Book now" button and go to the page with the booking data.

On the Unit Travel hotel booking page, you need to have up-to-date tourist details, contact email and phone number. These fields are required.

In the right column of the screen you will see the calculation of the cost, payment terms and cancellation conditions.

It is also possible to add a transfer to the hotel booking in the "Additional services" tab

If necessary, you can specify wishes for placement in the tab "Additional requests"

Changing the commission when booking a hotel in Unit Travel is available in the "Client price and commission" line. After entering the needed commission percentage, be sure to click the "Apply" button, after which you will see changes in the cost calculation.

Obligatory to familiarize yourself is the item "Important information about accommodation". Here are all the features and requirements of the accommodation facility, additional fees and deposits.

After entering all the data, you must click on the "Next: check final details" button

On the "Data checking" page, you need to check the entered data, if you need to edit them, click the "Change data" button and return to the previous page.

It is possible to apply a discount coupon by clicking the "I have a coupon" button

In the "Choose the payment method" section, you should choose one of two options:

• Agent pays per customer – in this case, the amount payable without agency commission 
• Client pays by himself– in this case, the amount payable with the agency commission. The agent's commission  will be credited to the commission account.

Before booking you must read the terms and coditions, privacy policy and payment rules of  Unit Travel and apply your consent.

To complete the booking, you need to click on the "Confirm and book" button.

Booking confirmation will be sent to the email. The order will be assigned a number by which the agent can identify in their own account on the Unit Travel website.
